The Integrator and Enterprise Integrator development tools are significantly enhanced
for Release 7. Some of those features include:
- User Exit Code Generation
- Customized security with deployment profiles
- Full application integration with external (SQL) databases
- Real time alerts with "publish and subscribe"

R7 Netlink give you the ability to deploy information over the Internet to employees,
customers, or suppliers. All of your Java™ applications are available for ‘zero footprint’
deployment, using specific views and subsets that you define. With Enterprise Integrator
you can define security to the item level, making it easy to give views of shipped
orders to a specific customer or planned PO’s to a specific supplier.
You can easily deploy key data, with security, to your web site. And with the capabilities
of System Link, authorized users can view and update data, increasing the speed
and accuracy of communications with your partners.
System Link also provides web services capabilities, allowing you to integrate Mapics XA
data with Microsoft desktop objects. For example, you can import (with security
and editing) data from an Excel spreadsheet to populate COM price files.
